Worship is at the heart of our community, the time when we hear God's Word and are fed at God's Table.

Rooted in Christ ... Growing Together

We are a people formed by the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

In response to our mission to be rooted in Christ and grow together as the body of Christ, we will take these concrete steps at this time:

• Develop a mentor ministry for new members, so that they become full partners in the life of our community;
     
• Evaluate and nurture the Sunday education ministry, and seek to cultivate other opportunities of learning and spiritual growth for adults and children;
     
• Develop a stewardship ministry which involves worship, education, and practice, and invites members to share their time, skills and financial gifts for the sake of mission;
     
• Study the Reconciled in Christ ministry, an affirmation of welcome to gay and lesbian people and their families.
